All orders placed online or via phone call with the flowerangels are subject to the following terms & conditions. Please read these conditions carefully before using the flowerangels.com website. By using the flowerangels.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future flowerangels.com service (eg: reminders or wishlist), you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

Under normal circumstances, we will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient's address you provide. However, there are times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information that our customers provide. It is therefore very important that you ensure that the recipient address (especially the postcode) you provide is accurate, and that you give additional instructions to assist our drivers locate difficult-to-find addresses. It is also very important that you keep us informed if you find that the recipient's address or availability changes prior to the order being delivered.
Where possible, we will attempt to obtain a signature from the intended recipient of the flowers. In some circumstances, for example, when delivering to a hospital or university, we may not be able to deliver the flowers directly to the intended recipient. In this case, we will deliver to the reception area and obtain a signature from the receptionist (or equivalent). This signature will be our record of delivery.

As we appreciate that receiving flowers is often time-critical, if we are unable to deliver your order to the recipient's address, we will attempt to leave in a secure place on the recipient's property. Where this is not possible, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour. If this is not acceptable, please ensure that you tell us when you place your order. If we are unable to deliver the order, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to organise re-delivery.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the order to a correct recipient's address that you have provided, we will attempt delivery the following day and refund the delivery charge associated with the failed delivery. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the customer due to failed deliveries.
At peak times such as Christmas, Valentines and Mother's Day we are aware that it is important that your flowers arrive in good time and condition. To ensure this during these periods we may dispatch your flowers up to 12 hours earlier than normal. Your flowers will be packed using a special water retaining moisture bag so they will look their best for that special day.
1.1 Deliveries to Hospitals
Deliveries to hospitals can be problematic as patients can be moved from ward to ward, or can be discharged before the flowers arrive. This means that we sometimes are unable to deliver orders for customers at a very emotional time. However, many of these problems can be resolved by ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information about the ward that the recipient is in.
It is particularly important that you provide the full name of the recipient of the order as there can be several patients with the same name and this can lead to delivery issues that are out of our control.
1.2 Delivery to business addresses
If you wish to order flowers for delivery to a business address, we recommend that you use one of timed delivery services to ensure delivery is made within office hours.
2. Damaged Flowers
Although we take the greatest of care to ensure all our flower products look amazing for the recipient, there are rare occasions when something goes wrong and arrive at their destination damaged. Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for either a replacement or a full refund.
3. Availability and Substitution
All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards , we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Where this is necessary, we will try to contact you via email. If you wish to discuss the substitution we have made, please contact our customer services team.
If we are unable to contact you via the contact methods provided prior to the time that we make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.
Only cancellations given at least 48 hours before delivery date will be eligible for a refund. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day. To cancel orders, please call customer services on 0207 0994384.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days and will keep you informed of all stages in the process. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.
Under certain circumstances and where situations allow it may be necessary to retrieve and examine a delivery that has been rejected. In the unlikely event of this sensitive situation arising the collection would be arranged by our Support Staff.

flowerangels.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

12. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Flowerangels.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England and Wales, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
